Supply = circulating on Solana per DefiLlama, in USD (non-USD stablecoins converted at their price). "Of all chains" = what share of that coin's total supply lives on Solana. Tap a row to chart it.

On-chain supply is every token the mint has issued, including tokens sitting in the issuer's own treasury wallets. DefiLlama subtracts those "unreleased" balances, which is why USDC's on-chain number is larger. Refreshes every minute.

Reading the numbers

Supply moves when money moves.

New stablecoins are minted when someone deposits dollars with the issuer (or bridges in), and burned when they cash out. Rising supply on Solana means fresh money arriving.

Fiat-backed vs crypto-backed

USDC, USDT, PYUSD, USDG are backed by cash and treasuries held by a company. USDe and USX are backed by crypto positions. The "type" column says which.

Freeze authority

Most issuer stablecoins keep a freeze key so they can freeze accounts on legal orders. The on-chain table shows which mints have one.

Token-2022

PYUSD, USDG and others use the newer token program, which supports features like transfer hooks and confidential transfers.

Sources

Per-coin supply, change and history: DefiLlama's stablecoins API (updated roughly daily). Live supply: the mint accounts themselves, read from Solana RPC.

What this is not

Not a proof of reserves. Issuer attestations are the only source for whether the dollars behind a stablecoin really exist.
